Xiangtan Electric Locomotive Factory Co., Ltd. Founded in 1994 in Xiangtan as a supplier of machinery, industrial parts and service, Xiangtan Electric Locomotive Factory Co., Ltd. has evolved to become a well known manufacturer under the trademark SHAOLI of machinery and service for, tunneling, mining and related industries.
